CorHome helps injured workers live safely and independently at home. Our team brings occupational and physical therapy expertise to the home modification process. We evaluate how each person navigates and uses their home, identify barriers to safety and independence, and recommend practical solutions based on their functional needs.

Our process can begin with an in-home accessibility assessment. An experienced therapist evaluates functional needs and identifies barriers within the home. They take measurements, photos and drawings. They also gather input from treating therapists and nurse case managers. The result is a clear set of recommendations based on what the person needs to live safely at home.
